Do I need to be registered to see prices and place an order?
Yes. You must register in advance to place your first order. Just go to the
"Register" tab, fill in all the necessary fields, attach your company registration documents and accept the
terms and conditions.
The wholesale panel staff will immediately verify the submitted registration documents and company data.
We encourage you to provide a valid telephone number for contact and details of the person registering the entity in order to speed up the creation of a customer account.
Can I get a receipt instead of a VAT invoice?
We sell only on the basis of a VAT invoice. Ordeca.pl does not serve retail customers, therefore it is not possible to receive a receipt instead of a VAT invoice.
What is the logistical minimum for the goods ordered?
Minimum logistics is one master carton. We do not decompose collective cartons in order to sell goods by the piece. The number of pieces per carton is always indicated on the product page.
What should I do if I lose or forget my password?
Go through the
"Password recovery" procedure and wait for a return message. An email will be sent to you allowing you to create a new password.
I forgot my profile login. What should I do?
Your login is the email address you provided when you registered your account. If you do not remember your login, please contact us.
Is there a minimum order value?
No, you only need to order a master carton of the selected goods.
What is the time to process the order?
The order processing time depends on the availability of the ordered goods. After the acceptance of your order by the staff, you will be informed within 2 working days about the date of its execution.
How can I pay for my purchase?
In case of shipping:
- prepayment by bank transfer based on a pro forma invoice
- cash on delivery up to the amount of 8000 PLN gross including transport
In case of personal collection:
- cash payment on delivery (up to the amount of 15 000 PLN gross)
- prepayment by bank transfer based on a pro forma invoice

Can I create a new account using the same e-mail address?
To create a new account, you must enter a new email address. You cannot use the same email address for a new account.
I would like to know the tracking number. Where can I find it?
The tracking number can be found on the VAT invoice in the "notes to document" field, and you can verify the status of your shipment on the website of the carrier delivering the goods.
